The Funkeshaka web site in no way endorses illegal artwork - Graffitti and other illegal activities. All the photos of the graffitti in this site are photos that have been taken of other peoples graffitti without their knowledge. It is unknown whether or not the grattitti in the photos has been painted illegaly. All the copyrights of the designs in the photos are owned by the person or persons who created the artwork or own the property where the artwork resides - whether that be the artist, property owner or the law.

All the photos of the graffitti are owned by Funkeshaka and will not be used for comercial use. For permission to use a copy of any of the photos you can contact Funkeshaka to aquire permission rights.

Skateboarding Pages

All the photos in the Skateboeading pages of the Funkeshaka site, including the Portfolio are owned and copyright to Michael Müller by international law. All photos in the Skateboarding and Portfolio section of the Funkeshaka site have been published with permission of Michael Müller. The reproduction of any of these photos without permission is illegal and offenders will be prosecuted. To purchase photos or aquire permission for usage of any photos in the skateboarding section of the Funkeshaka website, please contact Michael Müller.

The Party Pages

All Photos used in the Funkeshaka Party pages are owned by Funkeshaka. The reproduction of these photos without permission from Funkeshaka is illegal and offenders will be prosicuted. All actions shown in these photos are those of the persons in the picture and in no way does Funkeshaka endorse any activities that are deamed to be inappropriate or illegal.
